Wholesale purchases

At Awork Jewelry, we are manufacturers, which makes wholesale and retail purchases easy. For purchases over 5,000,000, you can receive a 40% discount off the website's listed price, and subsequent orders must not exceed 2,000,000 to maintain your wholesale status. There are two ways to place your wholesale orders:

1. Request photos of the items we have in stock, choose the ones you're interested in, we'll send you a quote, you send the payment, and we'll ship all the products immediately.
2. You select the specific pieces you're interested in, along with their quantities, and we place a production order that takes about a month. You pay 50% upfront and the remaining 50% upon completion.

If you are located within Colombia, your shipping will be free! If you are outside the country, the shipping cost will be agreed upon between us.

Wholesale Purchasing Policies

1. Changes

We accept product exchanges within the first 30 days after delivery.

To qualify for an exchange, the items must be in perfect condition, with no signs of use, and in their original packaging.

No changes are accepted on custom-made or specially ordered items.

2. Returns and refunds

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

In the event that a part arrives with a manufacturing defect, it may be replaced with a new one or an equivalent product, depending on availability.

3. Shipping

Shipping costs will be agreed between both parties according to the destination and volume of the order.

The buyer is responsible for providing the correct shipping information and covering any additional costs resulting from errors in the address.

4. General conditions

• All products are gold plated, therefore, it is recommended to follow the care instructions to ensure their durability.
• Wholesale prices apply only to purchases that meet the established minimum unit quantity.
• By making a wholesale purchase, the customer accepts all the conditions described in these policies.
